The Service provides development and testing capabilities for the @elizaos/plugin-twilio npm package, including:

• SMS messaging functionality testing
• Voice communication testing
• Integration verification
• API functionality testing

3. Developer Obligations

As a developer using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the Service only for its intended development and testing purposes
• Not use the Service for production deployments
• Not send promotional or marketing messages

• Phone numbers are used only for testing purposes
• Data is automatically deleted after the testing period
• No data sharing for marketing purposes

The @elizaos/plugin-twilio package and associated documentation are provided under the MIT License. Usage of third-party services (Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs) is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate testing access for misuse
• Modify service features with notice
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Block access for violation of terms

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding:
